The nearest village is Competa which is approx 15 minutes drive and has sufficient shops, bakeries etc to purchase all necessities. Most of the road to this property is tarmac with only the last 500 metres approx being a dirt track. The private pool is located behind the house and is approx. 7m x 4 m with a depth of 1.4m to 1.7m. The terracing around the pool is ideal for sun bathing and enjoying the beautiful views, as well as a barbecue area for al fresco meals. On the first floor there is a small balcony where one can take advantage of the morning sun.
