Electricity, included in price.
Unlimited use of broadband Internet connection, included. ADSL broadband modem/server and computer terminal supplied, plus countless RJ45 sockets for connecting laptops. RJ45 to RJ45 connecting cable also supplied.
Weekly bed linen change: included for guests staying for 2 or 3 weeks. Additional cleaning if required can usually be arranged when you are there, at a price to be agreed with the caretaker.
Final cleaning: €90.
Rental prices and extras based on up to 10 guests staying in the villa. Extra beds and linen can be arranged on request, up to 3 people max, small extra charge.
Two child cots available on request at no charge.
Winter central heating supplement (from Mid October to March): €155 pw covers av. cost.
Wood for open fire - by arrangement with gardener.
Prices are per week in € Euros. (Approximate £UK equivalent is also given in the second column above).
Stay is Sunday to Sunday (2006), Saturday to Saturday (2005).
Arrival time is 4pm, though this can sometimes be earlier if the cleaning has finished. Departure time is 9am.
A deposit of 25% of the price above is payable on booking and agreement of letting terms. When the deposit is received, the booking is confirmed. The balance (75%) must be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
A refundable security deposit of is payable before arrival, against losses such as damage to the property or any of its contents.
Different prices and conditions apply for TV and film or movie production companies wishing to use the house or gardens as a location for shooting TV dramas, cinema films / movies.
